PROWEIN 2019 – Silver Medal
The Creators
The story begins in 2016, between two friends who are passionate about wine and terroir: Christophe and Patrick. A dream, to create their own wines, wines with identity, without complexes, resulting from plot selections and single grape varieties. Christophe, globe-trotter at heart, passionate about wine, terroir and specialist in communication and marketing. Patrick, founder of a trendy coffeeshop brand in Marseille and a wine bar, in the Village Docks of Marseille.
Concept
To create accessible wines, modern, elegant, to enhance and promote “Vins de France”, to blend different types of terroirs, to select the best grape varieties and to offer a gourmet and contemporary range of wines. On the back of the bottle, the story of each chapter is illustrated in comic-strips on our website

Soil
Combining two terroirs, a subtle union of viogniers from the Hérault region and the Upper Aude Valley, cultivated on hillsides between 150 and 200 meters altitude. The soils are chalky and rich in pebbles.
Elaboration
Harvested early, the alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats with temperature control at 15° to 18°C (59 – 64 °F). The aging process takes several months in vats on fine lees. There is no Malolactic fermentation in order to conserve freshness.
Tasting
With a pale golden color, our Viognier is rich and very aromatic. The nose suggests apricot and peach. A fresh and voluptuous entry, its vivacity leads to a finish of white flowers and lavender. An exceptional balance between richness and acidity.
