Deep purple colour, it offers a rich and powerful aromatic intensity, notes of wild fruit raspberry, blackcurrant, peppery spices and light vanilla. The palate is voluptuous and dense, fresh attack, the tannins are tight and silky, we can find notes of black fruits and spices, and a long finish with vanilla notes.

La Rencontre

It shines in combination with fresh goat’s cheese or truffled Brie. In a more classic way, monkfish with citrus fruits or lobster with ginger will be perfect for an explosion of flavours in the mouth.

Pale gold in colour, our Viognier is rich and very aromatic. The nose suggests apricot and vine peach. A fresh, voluptuous and gourmet palate entry, its liveliness leads to a finish of white flowers and lavender. An exceptional balance between richness and acidity.

La Parade

It goes wonderfully with Mediterranean dishes such as ratatouille, tajine, or grilled and peppery red meat. For dessert, a dark chocolate will bring out the spicy side of Malbec.

With its ruby colour with red glints, it is an elegant wine, with a spicy and liquorice nose and notes of red and black fruits. The palate is soft and well-structured with very prominent fruit aromas and fine tannins that give it an elegant length.

L’envie

Our rosé is an excellent aperitif wine. Fresh and fruity, it will be the perfect companion for seafood appetisers, spicy salmon rillettes, raw vegetables and black olive tapenade. For starters, it suits the iodised flavours of raw mussels or sea urchins, and goes well with their creamy texture. For an original combination, serve with sushi and sashimi. Our rosé also goes very well with cold meats. Serve chilled between 8° and 10° degrees.

With a pale pink colour with light salmon highlights, bright and clear, this pressed rosé offers a delicate nose with notes of small red berries with subtle hints of orange blossom. The palate is lively and suave, remarkably well-balanced, it is refreshing and offers notes of citrus peel. Good aromatic persistence on the fruit and a thirst-quenching finish. In short, moments of consumption full of sweetness, tenderness, romanticism, love or friendship.

Our Cabernet Sauvignon will be ideal with a more traditional cuisine such as a cottage pie, with gratins, a pot-au-feu, or on meats such as grilled meat or a rack of lamb.

With a beautiful dark red colour, our Cabernet-Sauvignon has red fruit aromas (blackcurrant, strawberry), a slight fresh vegetal note (green pepper, very characteristic of Cabernet) and spicy flavours (cinnamon, mint, honey). Its finish is subtly oaky (cedar, oak, walnut). Elegant and complex, this wine is long and velvety on the palate. The tannins are present and well-balanced.

This Cabernet Sauvignon will be ideal with grilled red meats, it will perfectly go with a pizza or a platter of cold meats as an aperitif. It will also go perfectly with a cheese platter.

With a beautiful deep red colour, almost black, our Cabernet Sauvignon is complex and round. The aromas are intense, a blend of crushed black fruits (blackberry, blackcurrant coulis), smoky notes (peat) and spices (cinnamon). Long in the mouth, velvety, it is perfectly balanced.

Le Rendez-vous

Serve chilled (8°C) as an aperitif, with seafood, fish and summer cuisine.

With a pretty pale yellow colour, our Sauvignon Blanc is rich and aromatic, with intense fruit flavours and vegetal notes: redcurrant, passion fruit, green tomato, wild strawberry, lemon. It has floral nuances (honeysuckle), as well as a mineral “flint” fragrance. On the palate, it is very fresh with good acidity and a rich, round finish.

Cuvée les Bulles

Our grapes are grown in the area of production of the fine bubbles coming from the AOC Saumur vineyards, the king terroir of the grape variety which is the Chenin.

Crystalline, clear robe with grey to straw yellow reflections and golden shades. On the nose, notes of white fruits, lemon balm, hazelnut and almond. Sometimes, a slight touch of vanilla and toast. The bubbles are fine, the mouth is elegant and fresh on the rough.

  • Vine pruning: Simple Guyot
  • Technical specifications: Pressing with 130kg of grapes for 100L of juice.
